McNulty has a wide and varied experience in the fabrication of topside process and utility piping.
We also has an extensive history in fabricating linepipe and spools for the subsea sector.
We have the capacity to expend annually in our pipeshops 400,000 manhours which equates to 2,500te of pipework.
All piping is welded to approved procedures qualified to appropriate national and international codes and standards such as ASME IX, BS EN 288, BS4515 and also nominated client specifications and contract requirements.
The welding procedure portfolio covers welding of the following materials;
- Carbon & Low Alloys: A106 Gr. B, A333 Gr 6, API 5LX Grades, AISI 4130.
- Stainless Steels: 300 Series, 6% Mo, 22% Cr Duplex, 25% Cr Super Duplex, 13% Cr Super Martensic
- Nickel Alloys: Alloy 625, Alloy 825
- Copper Alloys: 90/10 Cupro-Nickel (Cunifer)
- Titanium: B337 Grade 2
