At the heart of McNulty Offshore Construction Ltd. is the fabrication and deep water quay situated 2km from the mouth of the River Tyne at South Shields.

From this strategic facility we are able to carry out offshore and onshore oil and gas projects both in the U.K and as an international base. Our management and work force are drawn from the large base of traditional skilled labour in the North East. This labour has evolved from ship building into offshore fabrication.

The skills of our workforce and our proven track record ensure that projects are  completed on time, within budget and in accordance with our approval to ISO 9001.

In order to maintain our track record and our total project control, 95% of all work is carried out using McNulty Offshore Construction Ltd. in-house labour.

Our facility has a deep water quay and various load out quays to accommodate the load out of platforms up to 8,000 Tonne. Over past 20 years McNulty has achieved a 100% success rate for the timely completion of projects. This achievement has been the result of our company's ability to share 'lessons learnt' with potential clients and the flexibility towards contracting strategies. On past projects we have gained considerable experience and success working with clients on 'Integrated Management Teams' and 'Alliance/Partnering Projects'. This flexibility and experience translates to minimum efficiency for our clients.
